"We compared prices and got bids from many other patio installing companies and City Seamless was priced reasonably. They aren't the cheapest but a requirement we had was to use a licensed contractor with insurance who was legit. These guys had the best warranty and we felt confident going with them - and we are so glad we did! Cody came over to give us an estimate, and answered a lot of questions. He gave us a lot of different options and helped us choose the best fit for our vision.  He's so knowledgeable and honest. Cody promised to have the work completed in three days and he was done in exactly that time. His crew was awesome, they were very neat and organized. "Oh I forgot to mention the seamless rain gutters.  They dress up the house amazingly. It's pretty surprising since I never gave them a second thought, but they actually make the house look better than ever!  Our old gutters were falling down and didn't work too well, and it turns out part of the issue is that they were clogged and plastic. We got new seamless gutters installed with leaf guard as well as a decorative rain chain in the front entryway of the house and it looks fantastic. I'll update this post with photos during the day."

"I called City Seamless Patio Covers after finding them online. We needed awnings and gutters installed in places on our home. The gentleman answering the phone was really helpful, professional, and eager to answer any and all questions. After talking for a few mins, I went ahead and made an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on the total cost of doing this job. They gave a window of time to come by my home and was told I would get a call before anyone showed up at my door. Not only did the gentleman call within the window, he told me he'd be at my home in 16 mins. He showed exactly 16 mins later. He introduced himself and got the cost estimate done in a timely manor but also answered all my questions. The cost was well within the budget we had setup for gutters. I chose the paint colors I wanted and he gave me the written estimate. He was friendly and nice to work with."

However the installer had a cancellation on Monday before our appointment and called to see if I wanted the install a day early. I told him yes, and he said he'd be at our home in 45 mins. Like before, he was right on time to the minute. He introduced himself to me and got right to work.

City Seamless Awnings were courteous, professional, and their price was right in the middle of 5 bids that we got.  They were willing to work with our schedule and Ilona from the office followed up with us so we got the best feel about them.  Plus Mike the estimator was so knowledgeable - we pretty much had our mind made up with who we were going with. 

Best decision I made was to hire City Seamless to put a new Patio Cover on my house. City Seamless Awnings were courteous, professional, and their price was right in the middle of 5 bids that we got.  They were willing to work with our schedule and Ilona from the office followed up with us so we got the best feel about them.  Plus Mike the estimator was so knowledgeable - we pretty much had our mind made up with who we were going with. 

They replaced an old wooden cover that was really ugly and falling apart - they've been there since the house was built around the 90s.  The crew was efficient, clean, and knew their stuff!  Rafael even gave a helpful suggestion on the placement of the posts at the back of the awning, which were too close to the foundation.  Problem solved.  The back yard looks like a completely updated space!  What a difference!  I had mulch all over the place, and the rain coming off the roof looked like wet and wild!  That old cover was falling apart. Thanks to Mike, Ilona, Rafael and the crew everything's amazing and looking great. The price was great, they got here quick!

Joel was very helpful with information about the install, the rain harvesting tanks, the screens to go on the rain gutters, and our Amazing Patio Cover. These guys are all-around amazing!  From the first point of contact with the guys in the office to the installation of the Metal Carport - they were on time and were done the same day.  We even had a little issue with one of the downspouts having to be rerouted to make it all work, and they did everything they could to make sure that we were happy.

Not only did they give us a very reasonable quote over the phone for our project, based on a texted photo and the approximate measurements, but they were able to come out in less than 48 hours to sure up the price (which was what they quoted on the phone) and book the patio cover install for less than 10 days later! Marco and his helper worked very skillfully and quickly, finished the job in a day, and left the place neat and clean. They were especially creative with the curve of our lattice, where we wanted to have the cover match the curvature of the concrete pad. They did a great job. When they finished I paid by phone with my credit card and the charge was exactly as quoted. I am so impressed and thankful! These guys are awesome!

I had an estimate from Mike who was very professional and honest. A small job on the back of the house over the back porch, I had wanted a run of gutter and a small awning on the side that did not need it as Brad pointed out. He was honest and said the gutter was not necessary and did not want me to pay for something that was not needed. Alex installed the pergola in a short amount of time asking and giving advice as I wanted to install a rain chain at one end. Looks great. Now I'm really ready for summer.

City Seamless sent Travis to my home to evaluate my problem with my existing wooden patio cover. He was courteous, friendly and even early for the scheduled appointment. Travis was excellent, he quickly evaluated my problem and told me what we needed to do. Within a week we had a new patio cover installed and I couldn't be happier.

These guys are great! Matt put the quote together on-site and even saved me 15%. When I called to book the install they scheduled the appointment right away. The service men that did the job extremely well, were super fast, built the cover exactly to my specifications, and even updated my downspouts for me. I love the shade that I have in my backyard now. I use the porch all the time.
