We've used this company for 3 of our rental properties so far and the service has been consistently prompt.  

On our first property we had them install an awning on, we had major issues with water pooling around the back patio, every time it rained. After a big rain, we couldn't get any rain gutter company on the phone and City Seamless Rain Gutter returned our call the same day.  Bobby pointed out that a new patio cover was in order. Since the price was right, we agreed to move forward with that project.

Their crew showed up to the install exactly when we were told they would, and finished the awning in 1 day.

Can't recommend them enough.
