How much shade do Lattice Covers (pergolas) offer?

This depends on how far apart we space the lattice.  If the lattice is spaced at 50%, then 60% shade is given.  We can space the lattice as close or as far apart as you wish.  And we have a nice little diagram that will show you that distance.

Does City Seamless obtain permits for me when applicable?

Absolutely, we're happy to do it. Since we know the routine, its simple for us to go down to the city and get your permitting process done for you. 

How long does a patio cover installation take, and does the homeowner need to be present?

In most cases, the installation of your cover will take 1-2 days. Sometimes a little longer, though, if you order a very large cover or if we need to dig and pour concrete footings.

How does your Lifetime Guarantee work?

It’s simple. You call the office, and we respond by sending a service technician or an estimator to fix any issues you have, no matter how much time passes since your installation.
